Synopsis
Click! Colours® : A Facilitator's Tool for Corporate Training
The Click! Colours® Individual Accreditation program provides a personalized pathway to becoming an accredited Click! Facilitator, tailored to the individual's needs and pace. Participants will engage in four intensive, two-hour coaching sessions led by a Click! Senior Trainer, scheduled at their convenience. They will review the key principles of Click! Colours®, work on case studies, and apply the tool in various workplace scenarios. In the final session, participants will prepare and deliver a mock presentation, to be assessed by the Senior Trainer. For a better learning experience, they have the option to attend an end-user Click! public workshop at half the training fee.
