The Click! Colours® Self-Discovery system is fast becoming the practical tool for people who want to help their clients or employees improve communication and relationships quickly. The accreditation process starts with a two-day workshop which include Day One, where participants experience the Click! Colours® system firsthand, learning how to identify and understand different personality traits. Day Two is dedicated to hands-on practice, practical exercises, role-playing scenarios, and interactive sessions to hone their skills in delivering the workshop. The day culminates in an assessment to evaluate their application and delivery techniques. By the end of the program, Facilitators will be equipped to implement and teach the Click! Colours® system effectively.
Understanding Click! Personas: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Click! Colours® system and learn how to identify and interpret the four different persona traits to improve communication and relationships.
Practical Application: Develop practical skills in applying the Click Colours® system through hands-on exercises and interactive sessions. Practice facilitating workshops and guiding participants in self-discovery.
Effective Facilitation Techniques: Enhance your effectiveness as a trainer, presenter, or coach by mastering facilitation techniques specific to the Click Colours® program. Learn how to engage participants, manage group dynamics, and deliver impactful sessions.
